Cutting & Packing
Our internal Cutting and Packing Facility is an integral part of our strategy to beneficiate bulk purchases in cheese and top end charcuterie.
We have established a highly efficient, integrated production platform which includes slicing, portioning and sizing of cheese and slicing of charcuterie. We are able to pack both categories in either gash flushed or vacuum sealed formats.
The facility is well managed by a production team and manager with the support of technical staff.
The facility is fully accredited with the latest FSSC2200 and IBL certificates.
