Mammen Dairy A/S own 3 production plants in Denmark, where they are producing; Blue Cheese, Yellow Cheese types such as Danbo, Samsoe, Havarti and White Cheese for salads, Combi White veg.fat feta type. Annually they produce over 11.000 MT of cheese at these 3 production sites.
